I am a fully qualified counsellor and whilst I have received training in several different approaches, I work integratively.
Integrative counselling is a combined approach where numerous different approaches are used to cater to the clients needs effectively.
I specialise in a broad range of issues including anxiety, depression, loss and bereavement, relationship issues, anger management, low self-esteem and confidence, stress both personal and work related.
If you have never experienced counselling before you may not be aware of the positive effect talking to someone who is trained to listen and respond effectively can have. I am committed to supporting you on your journey and be your companion for you to find the best and healthiest version of yourself.
